Appointments: All services are by appointment only. We require a major credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card) to secure your appointment.
Cancellations/Missed Appointments: Each appointment is reserved especially for you and we ask that you be considerate of our time and efforts. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. Body Wrap appointments that are missed, rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of $60. All other services will incur a $25. Service Fee. This will be charged to the account used to secure your appointment. No exceptions!
Cell Phones: The use of cell phones inside the salon is strictly prohibited. We want you and all of our customers to be free from outside stress and worries while here and ask that you turn your cell phone off before entering and not turn it on again until you have left the salon.
Gift Certificates: These are available in any dollar amount for services or products. Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and expire six months from the date of purchase.
No exceptions!
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card. We also accept personal checks with valid drivers license and cash.
Children: For the safety of your children and the consideration of our other guests, we ask that you not allow young children to accompany you to your appointment.
