All services are by appointment only. We require a major credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card) to secure your appointment.

Each appointment is reserved especially for you and we ask that you be considerate of our time and efforts. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. Body Wrap appointments that are missed, rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 100% all other services will incur a $50.00 Service Fee. This will be charged to the account used to secure your appointment. No exceptions!

The use of cell phones inside the salon is strictly prohibited. We want you and all of our customers to be free from outside stress and worry while here and ask that you turn your cell phone off before entering and not turn it on again until you have left the salon.

These are available in any dollar amount for services or products. Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and expire six months from the date of purchase. No exceptions!

For the safety of your children and the consideration of our other guests, we ask that you not allow young children to accompany you to your appointment.

There are contraindications for Spa treatments that include, but not limited to, pregnancy, nursing, infectious skin disease, open wound, recent surgery, high blood pressure, type of heart problems, blood clots, varicose veins, allergies, excessive or daily medication, epilepsy asthma and diabetes if you have a medical condition, it is imperative that you inform the reservations desk when making your appointment and your physician.

Houston Body Wrap, offers a written guarantee with respect to results.

We guarantee for most women that they will look a minimum of 6 inches slimmer on the first wrap (from multiple measurements) or a second wrap is given free to make up the inch loss.

We guarantee for most men that they will look a minimum of 4 inches slimmer on the first wrap or a second wrap is given free to make up the inch loss.

Because our wraps are not dehydrating, we guarantee the results will remain provided the client does not gain any weight and returns periodically for maintenance wraps (every 1 to 2 months).

Health Information : Please be aware that this an active wrap and you will be expected to remain standing and doing light exercise for one hour. If you cannot stand without support for one hour, you may not be able to do this process. As with any spa service, you should not participate if you have any communicable disease or any open wounds. This wrap is not recommended for people with severe high blood pressure or severe circulatory problems.
